Most of the products Ace Cutting sells can be returned within the first 30 days of the date of purchase.
Returns must be pre-approved by AceCutting.com.
All returns must be in new, fully functional and undamaged condition, and must be returned in its original box including original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
Special-order products are final sales and cannot be returned.
When returning a product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses. No refund will be given for the shipping costs in the initial delivery of order.
A restocking fee of up to 25% will be charged for return of all unopen or opened returned merchandise.
Ace Cutting will gladly refund 100% of the product price plus shipping charges and applicable tax if we shipped the wrong product.
To return a product, follow these simple steps:
Ace Cutting’s Returns Department will email you a Return Authorization that includes the mailing address. Please allow our team up to 48 hours to respond.
Include the packing slip with the reason for return and the Return Authorization form.
Write the Return Authorization number on the package mailing label.
Ace Cutting recommends you purchase insurance for returns as we are not responsible for return merchandise lost in return shipping.
A refund will be issued on receipt of the returned item to our facility.
